Customer Support: day to day support to Senior Director and/or International team on all daily activities to support Lowe’s. In addition communication with customer assistants, replenishment personnel, and also internal support teams domestically and internationally.
Reports: Provides monthly forecast reporting for Lowe’s in conjunction with Taiwan team to assist Lowe’s with forecasting on existing SKUS, promotions, and new product launches. Provide monthly Forecast to monthly with quarterly face to face meeting with replenishment team at Lowe’s. Provide weekly POS reports to Lowe’s Merchandising team with any new SKU monitoring. Provide assistance with annual internal sales budget preparation.
Supply Chain Initiatives: Assists customer direct import logistics process as needed. Includes working on planned orders, forecasting, PO/PI status (when necessary) and other related issues.
Project Management: Required for all projects between internal and external teams. Weekly reports and agendas for weekly conference calls.
Category Management Analysis: Detailed value added for Quarterly Customer Business Review process. Requires obtaining customer current program point of sale analysis. This information is used to analyze annual unit/SKU performance, and inventory turnover. Information is compared to latest market trend information and comp shop analysis. End goal, provides a fact based opportunity to improve customer mix with suggested deletions and additions of new products for improved inventory turns.
Customer Product Line Reviews as needed: assist with complete program presentation: Globe Union overview, market overview, category management analysis, competitive price shop analysis, and other related customer requirements. Includes competitive product sample analysis and comparison, plus meeting preparation, etc.
Display/Parts management: Communicate with 3rd party vendors to manage displays and parts as required on a monthly basis and report to all teams for order replenishment and management.
Current Program Maintenance. Review and report all in-store and online updates on competitor products or retail pricing.
Database Management: Manage and maintain all customer database information in regards to product integrity, following customer requirements and deadlines. Utilizing domestic and international associates own and maintain customer program terms and product attribute details up to date. Includes photos, descriptions, dimensions, pricing, etc.
Customer Sales Samples: Manage display and sample inventory located in local storage unit. Assist with mounting and delivery of samples to Lowe’s as needed. Coordinate all sample shipments from factory to customer.
Flexibility to perform all other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, or a closely related field strongly preferred
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Proficiency is MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in Lowe’s Dart system a plus
Previous big box vendor experience strongly preferred
