Customer Care Representative

Reporting To: Customer Care Manager – USA

  • Main point of contact for orders containing skus to be migrated
  • Review & process all orders containing migrating skus:
    •  Check current inventory levels
    • Determine if we have enough old branded stock
    • Potentially reach out to rep to see if they can receive mixed brand or not
    • Release order and communicate to outbound team
    • Review inventory report (excel)
    • Weekly update of migration process
  • Back up support for other CCRs
  • Flexibility to perform all other duties as required


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
  • Bright, analytical, goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance
  • Flexibility to effectively work with others from different culture, work habits, and management styles
